Spicy and exotic with fruit sweetness, it is balanced with velvet acidity, hints of lychee, orange skins notes and a crisp finish.
Colecciòn Tannat has an amazing deep red colour. Aromas of blackberries, with notes of chocolate and a mineral touch characterize this rustic wine. Wild tannins strengthen its fruitiness that enraptures the palate. Notes of raisin and morello cherry.
Don David Cabernet Sauvignon
Don David Cabernet Sauvignon is ruby red, dark and intense, with purple borders. Its spicy aroma has lots of pepper and paprika, while oak aging adds smoky tobacco notes. The flavour is elegant, sophisticated and complex, well balanced and full of ripe tannins. Blackberry, morello cherry and pepper stand out.

Don David Syrah is crimson red with profound purple borders. It has sweet and rounded tannins shaping a well structured and full-character wine with a fruity mouthfeel that is full of cassis and marmalade. Barrel aging contributes elegant vanilla notes. Very intense, it is full of spicy notes, cassis and clove. Vanilla aromas persist at the end.

Don David Malbec is crimson red and intense with sharpening black borders. It has distinct plum aromas enhanced by cherry notes, rosemary hints and subtle chocolate traces due to its oak aging. The flavour is of plumy fruit, with a sweet attack with firm and fine tannins. Balanced with notes of cassis, hints of vanilla and a long round finish.

CUMA Malbec organic wine CUMA Malbec, from Cafayate, Valles Calchaquíes, is 100% Malbec. The colour is sharp and lively red with violet notes. The nose is of plumb jam, typical of the Malbec grape. Raisin, vanilla and rosemary notes mark the final aromas. The palate boasts a fruity attack full of soft and sweet tannins. Dates, raisins, and spices on the finish. 13.5% alc./vol.
