Mosaiq Inc. was founded in 1998 by four former Seagram employees: Pierre Thériault, Sylvia Thaemlitz, Michael Szczepaniuk and Viki Hountalas, with the vision of redefining the beverage industry. The company now ranks as one of Canada's largest independently owned beverage alcohol brand companies. Headquartered in Montreal, Mosaiq's portfolio includes Chemineaud Fine Brandy, St. Leger Scotch Whisky, Maxi Dry Gin, Minuit Café Crème Liquor, Alegria Tropical Fruit Liquor, and its newest brand entry: American Sweetheart Martini Cocktails, a line of ready-to-drink martinis featuring glamour icon Betty Boop.
